My name is Pete Earsman. I'm from New Zealand and I live with my lovely wife, Lauren, two Akitas, two cats, and an African Grey parrot in Chapel Hill, NC.

I have had many occupations over the years -- as a fitness instructor in the NZ army, in gold mining, construction, commercial fishing, and personal security. In fact, I met my lovely wife working in Baghdad! But fitness is what I find most rewarding, not just helping people become stronger, but watching them build confidence, have fun, and laugh a lot! 

 

I believe in simple and balanced fitness -- not a lot of bells and whistles. Exercise should be safe, fun, and something you should look forward to every workout!
