The 3 main principles of boxing are breathing, balance & footwork.

Anyone can box!

Boxing is fun!  Anyone can do it.  At Koru Fitness you will learn footwork, balance, and breathing as you engage in a wide range of boxing exercises. You will learn to hit a speed bag, a heavy bag, and many bags in-between. Best of all, you will go one-on-one with an instructor to learn pad work, punching combinations and power-based footwork.

 

 Body weight exercises form the foundation of our training, reducing injury and building allover body strength.  Light free weights, resistance bands, medicine and stability balls, as well as pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and rings will put you in the best shape you've ever been! Gravity boots and a TRX machine round out the amazing workout --- And in case you don't think you can do it, check out our videos and testimonials with women, youth, and folks of all ages enjoying this amazing experience!

We supply:

  • An awesome trainer!

Our gym is insulated, heated, and air conditioned with a rubber matted floor for comfort.
